1 green bell pepper, diced
8 ounces elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 cup water
14.5 ounce can beef broth (or 2 cups beef broth)
½ cup 2% milk
2 ounces cream cheese, cubed
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
6 to 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced and torn
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
