Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake with Cream Cheese Icing
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
Prepare the Crust:
2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar.
3. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan.
4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool while preparing the filling.
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
5. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy.
6. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
7. Mix in the sour cream and vanilla extract until fully combined.
8. In a small bowl, combine the ground cinnamon, brown sugar, flour, and melted butter to make the cinnamon swirl mixture.
