1. Prepare the Steaks:
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steaks to your desired doneness (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, depending on thickness). Set aside and keep warm.
2. Cook the Shrimp and Lobster Sauce:
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- Deglaze the skillet with white wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let the sauce reduce slightly, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cooked lobster meat to the sauce and simmer for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and incorporated into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Serve:
-Place the cooked steaks on plates. Spoon the shrimp and lobster sauce generously over each steak.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your Steak with Shrimp & Lobster Sauce!
This dish pairs well with a side of roasted vegetables or garlic mashed potatoes.
